Nice to see you in good spirits despite it all, Bobby. Hope the prunes and maalox work!

Donna-i didn't think plums had much fiber in them and are actually high on the glycemic level, so might not be the best for constipation or diabetes. Just what I remember from looking up foods for my low sugar, low carbs diet. Could be mistaken tho.

Gee,
Just quoted her from the internet.
I don't care for either one. So I can't do either one. But she does well with prunes so good to stick with.

hi
the books really helped me.my anxiety is sky high but comes down a little when i am reading.
i really like prunes. yesterday i bought them from amazon. i finally found a place on the internet where with high shipping the magnesium citrate bottles were a good price. relief.TheOnlineDrugstore.
i have been spending so much money. just found out i have to pay 200 dollars for my insurance deductible.
didn't have a stomach ache last night.

Bobby

Interesting that your paying your deductible at this time. It seems like an odd time of the year.

With the higher shipping on this place you found can you buy more bottles of the stuff at a lower price. And will it average it out.

Glad you had better night

Talk later

I was up most of the night. I finally gave in and turned on the lights and turned off the tv. I was very depressed and nervous. Then I started a book and petted Abby. I think I am okay now.
