I like my therapist.Today he made me dwell on all the positive experiences in my life. he is very easy to talk to. He loves tiramisu too. He told me about a book the Tormented Master about Rabbi Nachman whose sayings I really enjoy. He said that some think he was bipolar. I read that he would swallow his food rather than eat it so he wouldn't enjoy it. He told his followers to be joyful and on Youtube you can watch his followers dance and sing. right but one of the new ones I will return and the old one which has consistently given me problems I will throw out. I just bought some probiotics.

I take 2 colace in the morning and 2 at night. seems to be working with some effort. not perfect but will take it. probiotics alone may not help you. I have taken them for years the ones you keep refridgerated are the best.

mine are self stable, in my med cabinet.

they are for my IBS which has been so bad. I woke up with such a stomach ache and had one yesterday. They have been so frequent.

I am very sorry that you are suffering with the IBS.
colace keeps me from being constipated, I have smallish bowel movements each time I use the bathroom.
Have you thought about getting an ultra sound done you may be backed up and unable to pass the stool. Our cat just got home from the hospital for this they used lactulose on her and it worked. we have more to give her to get her regular again. jeff is also going to give her the gel stuff to help with hair balls.

with magnesium citrate I really go. I am not backed up. stool softeners don't work for me. my symptoms are not just constipation

robert came to the rescue. my printer is now working and copies of my leaase have been printed. I told I was afraid he would tire of me and he said no and he likes to help and beat technology.
