Dear Bobby, I am so glad your lease situation turned out good. And I also wanted to commend you for the way you think ahead, like when you sent 3 different copies, so they had what they needed in whatever scenario. I'm also glad you were able to return those extra printers. I hope you will be feeling a lot better, soon.

I still need to get it back and signed and then get scrie.
My stomach aches have been so bad. I hope they get better. It is such a poor quality of life. I just ordered more liquid magnesium citrate. Those emotions don't cause IBS. But when people with it get stressed, their colons react strongly. Research shows that tending to your mental health may help improve your symptoms. That's right Bobby. Stress can really cause a lot of problems in the body. Does Josh Groban & other good music help? I'm wishing you healthier (no more pain) & enjoyable days.

big hugs, Bobby!! I really don't know what to say really, except that it just sounds so awful! Clearly I don't suffer with it as much as you do and even what I've experienced was/is no fun! When I'm in pain from my menstrual cramps (they get very bad at least 1-2 days every month), I distract myself with television. Sometimes even being on the internet can be too stressful. I actually started them today and the Tylenol is holding them at bay for now (it doesn't always work tho), so I managed to see kitties for a bit and knocked out for a short nap, but I'm basically laid up today. No cooking, no going anywhere.

I have a therapist now and he thinks he can help me. I am as depressed as I have ever been. I do listen to Josh Groban a lot.

i didn't watch any news today. I didn't realize but I have been watching about 11 hours of news a day. It increases my anxiety and anger. I am going to try not to watch the news anymore. I will try to drink a lot more water.
i think the therapist is definitely going to work out. I wish I could speak to hi twice a week. i will eat more kiwis. |
