My Mood: Caregiver needs help with manic mom

Hi, I'm Donna and I really wish I had some ideas for you. I think
the ladies might have given you some good ideas for a start.

I hope you can get some more answers. But if nothing else please
keep returning and just talking to us. Its sometimes the best therapy
that we can give.

I know its helped me a lot. See I'm a caregiver too, to a few people
with bipolar and other issues.

Donna

We had to dropped/reduced less critical meds for my dad and only kept his Carb/lev as he aged. was 84.

Last time we saw her PD doctor she recommended decreasing her ropinirole, as this drug may affect her behavior. We are now down to 3mg twice a day and I am seeing some improvement. Although this is only the 3rd week, so curious what will happen as she adjusts more. Just taking each day one at a time. Thanks for your post.
