Did some calling. So far, I have 24 assisted living clients that I will have to jump over hoops to see because they are on quarantine. One of my friends who is a physical therapist told me tonight that she has to wear a mask to go in to the rooms to provide PT, took her temperature and other screening things. This is at garden view where I have 6 clients.

I just ordered the masks off amazon. $ .50 a piece, not bad but will be here march 23-26. My Friend Robin said she would get me some masks and is making up a spray that is anti-viral. spray us and our patients. She said it is expensive to make....I told her I would buy it from her. will see. She is very generous with her time and talents. We have been friends a long time.

I ordered the electric nail sander and need to learn how to use it. It is portable and has a recharger station.
Lots of things to think about.
My friend Melissa called to see how I was doing.They closed down the bowling leagues that she belongs to.
I am getting tired so that is good.

Yes I was off work about 2 weeks.

I slept great from midnight to 4 am. then I got up because I thought my ear was bleeding. it was not. slept off and on until I got out of bed at 745...it said 8am on my clock, jeff was in bed too. He said that he slept pretty well and more importantly I did not snore to interrupt his sleep.


I am not "well" what ever well is.

I told jeff this.
I have been trying to get an appointment with my therapist Robin for the past week to no avail, and she is going on vacation the rest of the week.

I had a phone appointment yesterday with dr. orazio. She asked me about my personal life...mother in laws death I briefly explained what happened. She wanted to know about my er/hospital visit...I guess I shouted to ellen at her office. I will call her today to apologize.. I told her that being home was a stabilizing matter for me. I kind of bluffed my way thru the phone visit. A thank you card is in the mail for todays pick up. I don't think I have ever sent a thank you in all of my 18 years of seeing her.

I have a codependent relationship with her....
I don't think it is healthy.

The snoring part made me laugh though because the night before last, when I stayed up late, apparently I kept hubby up for a while in the night because of my snoring. Lol Sorry, I don't know why it's funny...actually, I do! It's because he's usually the one keeping me up with HIS snoring. :P I hate it how he can just knock right out to sleep most nights and I'm left awake for at least 30 minutes to an hour before I can sleep. Last night I was pretty good though, I think. Must have been if I woke up and was awake an hour earlier. Thing is, I'll be tired later most likely. In fact, I just want to fall back asleep right now, but I'm too hungry and I don't want to miss my soap in an hour.
You're our friend and confidant too!

Also, I was starting to feel a sort of codependent relationship forming with my former T, because she'd let me write essentially, my daily journal to her. Actually, she encouraged it! But I started to think how this might not be good for me in the end because...well frankly I forget my reasoning, but I just knew it wasn't healthy, so i slowed it down till i eventually stopped. So, you are not alone, but if you really feel uncomfortable about it, let her know. Maybe the two of you could come up with ways where you could ease into feeling less dependant.

my first client was at 10am so I had plenty of time to get ready for work.
I saw 3 clients today and had a nice lunch with Bill outside because Sandras closed their dining room and are only serving to go meals.



Maybe I can make myself take showers more often.

I did not sleep well last night, sadly.
And I am starting to have side effects again: hand jerking.
involuntary while I type.....mixing geodon and tegretol?


I took some night meds after dinner so fewer meds at bed time so maybe I won't have restless leg for hours like last night.

the new ear plugs are shorter, don't like them. I couldn't get one out for a few minutes trying the other night.

we only can get them in IN, meijer grocery store.



so every thing that I take at night is supposed

to help me sleep.
20mg melatonin long acting,
3mg quick acting melatonin...in case it was some how interacting.

And now the valerian root.
I will skip the NAC supplement
It is 10pm and I need to go to bed,

get ready for bed.
maybe I will stop at 10;30.
I just kind of gagged on my saliva twice.

Had tuna steak for lunch with some wonderful carrot soup, a bit zippy!

I saw 3 people again. there are now 2 cases positive in our town and 8 deaths in Louisiana.

we had chicken salad for dinner and some lentil soup.
dinner was delicious.


Need to make sure I get up after I turn the alarm off. I did that this morning, I was going to take a shower, my hair is longer these days and needs more attention than I like.
Jeff was looking at kitten photos up for adoption, he wants to get a kitten soon. There is an 8 page application that he printed off.


Well I had better sign off.
