I thought years ago I tried the colace a stool softener, generic that is

Going to just take the colace one pill twice a day and see how that goes.
I am falling a sleep at the computer hoping to sleep better tonight.
Laundry tomorrow and some paper work, phone calls. Still going to get take out to support the hub city diner. that we frequent on sundays.....going to have my BELT like usual. Bacon egg, lettuce, tomato on rye bread not toasted with extra mayo and diner browns potatoes. yummy!
Maybe work in the yard if it is nice.
I need to finish this paper work. am a month behind.

YEAH!!!!!!


I slept pretty good with out any klonipin!!!!!!!!
No CBD, no restless legs! no snoring! I did get up 2 times to

go pee but went back to sleep!

of course I take other meds to sleep:
20mg of melatonin combined long acting and short acting.
3mg short acting
100mg of hydroxyzine, an antihystamine used as an anti anxiety med.
(I am allowed 2-3 of these during the day as needed for agitation).
After dinner I take 80mg geodon, 400mg of tegretol


limiting my coffee intake to 1 cup in the morning then switch to chamomile tea it is called sweet dreams lol at 9:30 am LOL
I feel good.


Just finished a slice of lemon cream cake and it was delicious!
We plan to have take out lunch from hub city diner, our believe in supporting our local restaurants like normal as long as they can stay open. I will have my BELT and am looking forward to that.



Am doing my scrubs laundry washing in hot water, longer cycle instead of cold. (then a regular load of socks and undies). I have a months worth of charting to do after lunch and phone calls to make.



I disinfect the bottoms of my shoes, good hand washing of course.
Asked Jeff to wash his hands when ever he returns from outside/goes any where. He said he would. I disinfect between clients the equipment and bag and stool. I have different kinds of products that I am using.




So I feel good about my hygiene/ cleanliness.


We are having just 2 guests over for dinner.
I am cooking a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo.
So that is what I have to do later today, will start after lunch it takes 3 hours to make.... . they come at 6pm. So for dinner we will have gumbo, Make rice using cooker at 5;30, store bought egg potato salad, french bread



For any of you still reading.
I will limited my ramblings to twice a day. But will still be available/thru out the day like usual.

Even though I may be hypo I am not having any cravings for my addictions at this time.
Still AF, have lost 4 pounds, able to limit my computer time. not picking.
So I am extremely happy.

And this is not tmi for me. It's very helpful. But I've a question, this laxative you speak of is different from a stool softener?? When I spoke of laxatives, I meant stool softener Dulcolax. I felt that more effective than Miralax for me at the time. Now I just use probiotics 30 billion CFUs. And eat foods to help ease my gut if I get slow or sluggish like um bananas...(i love bananas so that's what comes to mind right now. Probably better things though...like prunes or something).

slept good last night. 7 hours with only getting up once to pee at 3am.
I did take a klonipin, cause I was geared up from guests and had forgotten to take my evening meds with food after dinner because of company....I forgot. so I said screw it I am just taking it! I need to count how many I have left.!!!!!

so took them with some peanut butter at midnight, but skipped the tegretol because I think that was the cause of my restless legs.
and I know that I am supposed to take the geodon with a full meal.I took it wrong for so many years.
I need to write reminders about meds whether we have company or not. which we don't have very often. This is all new territory.



my freezer is full, and I have at least 2/3 left of one tall refrigerator shelf open....Am going to run to the store this morning for a couple more things they still have an express line so it won't take long. I could use a squeeze sponge mop and spic and span or other type cleaning product to wash down my floors. They are dirty.

I am seeing 2 clients today, medically necessary. I will call them again to double check. 1oclock and 3pm.


Yesterday, Got the last kitty litter and tonic water for jeff! a Big jug of Gin.

only allowed 2 gallons of water per house hold per day. Will pick some up every time I go there for something each day.
I just asked Jeff if he would not fly next month for spring break and he agreed. What a relief!
I may cancel my flight in May....won't get to see my new great niece... emmy!!!!!!! Will wait a while to decide for 100%.
Bowels have not worked so am going to take the mag citrate afterall. sigh one colace twice a day did nothing! will pick up some miralax too. sigh

Dear Dr. Orazio,


Due to the corona virus out break, and my fragile mental health.
As of this last friday 3-27-20 5pm.

I shut down "The traveling foot nurse" business.

It was a very hard decision. I have been trying to make it work and

just can't catch that "runaway train".

Jeff is supportive knowing how difficult it has been on me.

I let Robin my therapist know and she is supportive and

available for telecom sessions should I need one.

Fortunately, I have supportive friends and family who are trying to understand.


Monday, On-line, I will look at unemployment and other financial assistance

programs for the self employed.

Am dysfunctional, I still have about a months worth of charting to try to finish up.

I have to call over 150 clients and am overwhelmed to say the least.
I have been so paranoid/phobia of germs and have been

glued to Jeff, and to my house....I am trying to not drive him crazy.

With me not able to work, This cut our income in half.
I need to start doing taxes, maybe I should just hire someone to do them?



On 3-2-20, I contacted the Louisiana department of veterans affairs.
While I was at a training school in 1999, I was treated for Bacterial meningitis., and spent 12 days in the hospital.

I have a line of duty determination form already. It was initiated but I don't have the signed copy.
It Was so confusing during that time...not sure what to do now. The VA office said I would need to get a lawyer
to proceed and have up to a year to file a claim.


I am sure that I will need a letter from you in the near future, probably for any assistance programs,

will find out more next week.


I "see you" April 1st at 3:40pm., this wednesday.

Thank you for your support Bobby, it means so much to me. You guys have been here for me for decades! and

I really only have kay(who used to post here) who lives in boston area, We write each other daily. And I get to talk to her on the phone when it is convenient to our schedules. We are really close.

My new friend Carol from AA who is 20 years my senior but very very good for my mental health. She was my sponsor in AA when I went for a short amount of time and when I quit AA we still are friends. She is very smart, has done a lot of different things in her past, has training as a therapist, Masters in religion, nun for 8 months, taught at college here., lived in different places, has had 3 marriages...lives alone now, does all of her yard work herself, teaching herself guitar, takes lessons off and on, is a poet I bought her little book of poems. They are sweet. She has such a calming voice...I love to listen to her voice message on her answering machine.

She is so calming! I am 57 and she is 78. She can't attend any AA meetings because they closed them all down! She used to go to a lot of them so I know she is missing her friends there.



I can talk to her about everything, she is very grounding for me. She is probably the healthiest friendship in real life that I have! And we have know each other less than a year. Her grown son has bipolar1 so she has gone thru the ups and downs with him. She has the begining stages of dementia, she knows and is trying to engage in mind stimulating activities.


I have many acquaintances.

My family is finally on board....
