yes bobby I was inpatient for a month, which went very poorly in communications that I don't want to burdon any one by retelling the story....
so I will have about 7 more weeks of sessions. This out patient is working well I think. love you all bizi

I am on lamictal and a lot of other meds to sleep and address my anxiety.
lamictal is my only mood stabilizer. I am on a lot of haldol, 30 day injector type and then 5mg twice a day with cogentin. twice a day as well. my main pill for anxiety is tofrnil, it makes me nervous because it is an anti depressant useful for treating anxiety. I also take 1mg of klonipin the am and 2mg at night!!!!! It took a nervous break down to get klonipin back in my life again,sigh.... It is 9pm and I have been up about 11 hours and I am yawning. I like the PA that I saw again Lauren PA, I asked her if I could have her as my provider? She said yes, so that is great!!!!! I am disassociation a lot, For about 20 minutes I felt a sleep. While I was hospitalized I would zone out of my body and see myself in a coffin it had a small light in it,,,I would call out jeffs name and he would never answer me they felt so real. Like I got lost 2 times in the building.... I could go on and on about my dreams vs reality, I left there worse then I went in. jeff was so angry no one call him back he tried every day to speak to a pdoc...to no avail. I need to go to sleep now we may watch downton abbey together. that would be nice. bizi

Had a bad afternoon, was crabby...I did too much and overwhelmed myself. I should had had a nap instead stayed up and kept falling asleep on the computer till finally went to bed at 11 and slept all the way thru to 7;30 jeff got me up, that is 8 1/2 hours uninterupted sleep which I needed
I was not sleeping at the hospital and they would not address this with med changes. I finally got 6 hours of sleep. And that was the day they booted me out!@I was to have a phone call this morning to go over my meds list with her. I will be leaving to go to the IOP group meeting at 9am. I know that you are having a hard time right now everyone of us has been effected by the corona virus. Everyone who steps thru the doors gets their temperature taken. I had a little cough yesterday. none today and my temperature was 95.5 yesterday for some unknown reason. lots of love your way bizi

I have had a tough couple of days there,listen to my body and took a2 1/2 hour nap felt so groggy that It is hard work and was not getting better.
We were talking about vulnerability. Hard stuff to process. good program, they think holistically. good stuff. love and light to all who wander... bizi
