moved the haldol to first thing this morning along with klonipin and cogentin.
That did not help matters at all. I was so tired after lunch we took a mindfulness walk around the area. Saw pretty birds songs from them pretty little purple wild flowers and yellow ones too. then some clover. I picked up trash. my heart was not into the walk like I did the day before, it was a chore that I would have rather just sat in the sun and taken a nap. So when I got home I was exhausted so layed down for a nap. I slept 2 hours. got up and went to super one for groceries. picked up a rotisserie chicken and we split that for dinner. Jeff likes the white meat and I like the dark meat so he gave me the thigh and he saved the other breast for tomorrows lunch. Lunch was a salad it was good. I wrote a note to Lauren PA, Asking if we could stop the haldol medication....explaining that I was so groggy. Will wait and see what she says. I called joy to let her know that I got home safely. She asked me to call hubby to let him know that I was not the best driver and to be on the look out for me. It takes 7 minutes to get there. I made it home just fine. but went straight to bed. who may get in bed earlier. If we watch an episode of downton abbey. bizi

My Lauren PA, lowered my klonipin to .5mg in the morning. lets see if that makes a difference.
Now I am going to look at some of this scary pile of paperwork. I have lost 10's of thousand dollars, we took out a second mortgage on the house in anticipation of my lost income. While I am still in an intensive out patient program. I will restart my business. I think I am ready to go look at that pile. wish me luck! bizi

The Traveling Foot nurse will open again for regular clients As of June 1st. The second phase. At this time I am Not accepting any new clients until I can see all of my regular clients which should take a couple of months to see every one. Thank you for your patience and suggestions/concerns.

I have had a couple of dizzyness spells where I feel like I could fall down. The cat was trying to escape out the back door and I was moving so fast trying to pick her up and put her on the couch. She wants outside more than any of our other cats. She is a big explorer, has gone over all the places that she can get to, her jumping skills have not been successful she still manages to get to higher ground balancing herself in peculiar places.I am glad that she has not been able to jump up on my desk which is messy with lists of people to call.over 100 of them. I have to learn how to use my new drill/sander. in less than 2 weeks.
please say a prayer for me, or send me good thoughts. bizi
