Waking Light (and all of you who have lost pets). I too have suffered a loss. My "Buddy" of like 14 years passed maybe 4 years back and it was very sad. He had gotten sick, but got better and lived another 2 years and even died naturally. But we had to watch him pass. Poor baby! But the sweetest thing, and I love him even more for this, it was as if he waited for me to get to my folks house (where he continued to stay) to take his last breath and sort of give me a final farewell. God bless! I get teary eyed still thinking about it, but so happy he's now in a better place.

Uhh, so what else? I guess just hope you, Bizi can find a good companion kitty for your other one if that's what you want.

And the new stuff. So, is Kay a member here? Nice that you stay in contact. And it sounds like you have some exciting plans...yes, I know it's hard and causes anxiety (I totally get that!) But all the same, I hope you have a great time then!!

Oh! The OCD stuff. I'm sorry Luvox didn't work for you. I will inquire about it though for my issues that haven't really gone (except the stye has kept me from looking down at my nails so much, so maybe ill get out of the habit??) I dunno. I read a sad fact that therapy doesn't really work for OCD, that meds are usually the required treatment. Sigh!

Well, sending positive thoughts your way! Speaking of naps, I really want one now!

I take NAC ammino acids for the skin picking and it works, no cravings to pick at my cuticles. they look nice now as long as I take 1200mg 2 capsules twice a day.

hello all,
We will be gone 11 days, end of junee to the begining of july. Where I will finally get to see my great niece! driving there or flying there, not sure. We have a pet sitter who will look after our brood. We will get a new kitten soon I can just imagine what the house will look like with 3 cats, the 10 month old likes to dig into the trash cans and ripe apart the trash. wonder what a brand new kitten will do hopefully the older cat will adjust.
I start work again june 1st.
That is one week shy of the already paid money which I will see if I can get those monies back.
I feel like my old self again. taking lots of meds sleeping is great!
Hoping that lauren PA will be able to keep me as a client. I will ask her tomorrow. I don't want to go to my old pdoc because I am afraid she will take me off the klonipin. I have not had a drink since 2-24-20, 3 months. I have been drinking these heiniken 0.0 no alcohol unlike other non alcoholic beers have .5%.If I drink a six pack of the 0.0=0, compared to .5 %times 6 equals 3% beer. I even like the way they taste!
I need to take a shower, have avoided it for too long, my hair needs to be colored my grays are really coming out. I have been wearing a head ban to kind of hide the grays. some women have dark hair color and white hair at the roots, When will my beauty school open back up?

Went to a dinner party with 5 of us 6 feet apart.we had kabobs,chicken anduille sausage, onions and tomatoes. jeff made a wonderful new dish avocado capres salad. He brought them to the party every one liked them.
they were very tasty. My social anxiety was high. Even though I know every one there, I was so anxious to leave. I felt like I could not keep up in a conversation. we left around 8;30.I have group tomorrow.
will ask for it to be my last week. I start working june 1st.
I hope she can be my provider.

I did not get to see lauren the pa today to see if I can have her be my provider I will see her either tomorrow or thursday....
Just talked to the adoption place about our securing the new kitten. She still has to be spayed and dewormed. She will probably be 8-10 weeks old when we get her if all goes well in 2 weeks she will be ours.
