I yo yo up and down. Aug 1st is a new month for me will see how I do. Normally we go to the beech to celebrate our anniversary, because of covi19 We have not even discussed not going the month is flying by.I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 184

I was in the 170's not that long ago. I can do it again.
I need a one month hiatus from drinking to see if my tsh goes down. It has gone down in the past after a months abstaining. the last time it was drawn it was 5( I was drinking a lot) it should be under 4...
.when I was on lithium it went up to 8..I did not want to kill my thyroid so I got off of it as soon as possible. now I am on haldol.will see how this goes.

Oh, I'm so sorry, bizi, for what you're going through right now. You're such a giver, understanding & caring about others, while you are experiencing your own problems! My business has been slow could not see my assisted living folks.

Just now starting to make up a couple of clients.


Went to dinner at our friends house she cooked a meal from hong kong,
She speaks mandarin. She only weighs 89 pounds and needs to gain weight,
is losing the muscle on her back. She is engaged to our friend Paul.
complications include she has a daughter with the soon to be ex.
So she is still married. She just arrived back from hong kong...
30hours travel time. She is a good cook, the food she cooked was delicious!
cod fish and veggies and beef with veggies. one was hot the other just flavorful.
She cooked with a lot of ginger and garlic. she used different types of greens.
any way...
I am going to start my new diet and that means I am not going to drink for a month,
lose some weight and try to not drink for a month then have my blood drawn.
my tsh was 5.5 last time so am going to not drink for a month then have it retaken
along with my other blood draws for my GP..Chem profile vit d3 level.
I have been drinking too much.4-5 beeers a night.

if you didn't drink would you feel depressed or empty? while you are drinking are you happy? or does it just get rid of social anxiety? I think if drinking made me happy I would drink. It is awful being bipolar. the food sounds great!

I like to drink....not sure why it is such/so.
like tonight I have had 3 beers. have run out of them.

Tonight we are going to go to some friends house and

have a bon fire social distancing and drink and chat.

Tomorrow, Jeff is leaving earlier that he thought.

Which leaves me alone for a week.
Not drinking the month of august for health purposes,
that means abstaining from alcohol. and watching my fat intake.
maybe I can lose some weight 183,5 this morning.
I will be on line alot over the weekend and next week.

I did not go out with jeff to the pit fire social gathering out doors.
I would have drank more beers and that would ruin my chances
of getting a good nights sleep. I hardly slept last night.
stopping so early before 6 pm...I think I will sleep well.
At least I hope so will set an alarm for 8am, and force
myself to get up. Jeffs flight leaves earlier than he thought.
I don't think he has packed yet. We just saw Katheryn and

Paul last night for dinner. Mike is nice but his wife

Lisa rarely talks to me, like she doesn't like me for some reason.
Jeff took in our new kitten in for her rabies vaccination and check up.
He told the vet that she mushy stools, He said she may have eaten a

bug or some thing. Well tonight she had diarrhea in

the kitty litter box. She did not cover it up, so when Jeff returns
after the gathering I will show him the diarrhea

(that is if the other cats don't cover it up)


I found some heinekin 0.0 non alcoholic beers that I really like

so I could have gone after all. I like these beverages a lot.
In reality, I just did not want to go. I guess.
Thought I would spend some time on the computer

and maybe go to bed earlier.

I can't remember what Abby had when she came to me. She always had mushy stools. The vet gave her antibiotics and it cleared up. I forgot what your kitty cat's name is. that was bothering me tonite before I read your post. Otherwise how is she doing and is she very playful? I just finished petting Pudge for almost an hour. During that time I was petting Abby for a while. Kitty cats are so wonderful. I am thrilled that there is a non alcoholic beer that you really like. Does it also have less calories? The woman is nuts if she doesn't like you.
