I am making chicken cordon blue tonight,
It is a messy chicken dish. supposed to flatten the chicken breast then layer Dijon mustard, black forest ham then baby Swiss then a layer of fresh basil. roll it up and roll it in some egg and milk then in a roll of crushed Ritz crackers. they are huge. supposed to cook for 30 minutes at 350 degree. Am waiting to put them in the oven jeff is napping so I don't want to disturb him. He had a shorter day because the university closes at 1 pm on fridays. Wearing masks every day is tough. I drank 3 sips beers that I love and switched to 0.0 heinekins that are so refreshing. maybe I can keep it at 3 beers. bizi

Yes, Mask all day would really be hard. Thats one of the reason's
I'm so glad Derrick is only working 3 days a week. He works 7 days a week. And then has appointments part of at least one of the other days. Right now I'm mainly home, trying to keep my asthma under control. Donna

No I haven't been tested for covid. Derrick does work just 3 days a week.
I haven't got any thing going on but the things with my Asthma. So I haven't had a reason to have a test. Monday, Tuesday and Friday. He either has appointments on Wednesday or Thursday usually. One of his providers usually takes him. Donna
