we are safe in our house following the frightening storm Laura.
It hit 1 1/2 hours west of us hardest lake charles.
just lots of twigs from our big oak tree in the front yard and lots of pine needles from our neighbors house. Luckily her pine trees did not fall.
There is a dead one she should cut down but refuses to.
sigh
during storms we always worry about those trees.
a trellis fell down but it needed to come down anyway.
could have been so much worse.
feeling very fortunate.

Bizi

So glad you guys are good. Does she maybe not realize its dead.

Just thinks its okay and will be fine. Or maybe just doesn't have
a way to get it cut down. Doesn't know where to start that kind of
thing. That honestly would be me. If it wasn't that my husband handles
all that stuff.

oh donna she knows that it needs to come down we sent her a letter from an haborist stating as such.
One of the healthy pine trees fell on our fence years ago and half way into our back yard. she managed to get the tree cut up and stacked up in her yard but against our fence. she never offered to repair the fence....we don't go back there and it was not ruined....and actually I don't know whose fence it is....it could be hers, don't know where the property line is for that matter!
anyway.
love you all

Well I sure hope if that Pine falls its not in a place it will cause you damage
because that would be awful. I'd say keep a copy of that letter because
if it does. I'd say that you would then have grounds to make her responsible
for the damage.

But not sure.

We have a tree in the front of our house, that is also in front of the one
my mother-in-law lived in. If it were to fall it could damage both houses
we watch it big time for being dead because its very old.

My husband has had parts of two and then had I believe three cut down
because of that.

Well I face timed with my new mental heath psych nurse practitioner.
She is great!
She was interested in me and what I had to say.

We talked for about 40 minutes although she was

50 minutes late for our call.
sigh

Her husband had been in a car accident with their 4 kids.

No one was hurt, thankfully.
She said that I could email her stuff but she would probably just reply make an appointment.
I think she will work out just fine......
we are keeping my meds the same.....she is letting me have my klonipin!
