We can handle a bit of rain.
The hurricane will make landfall on wed AM she is going very slowly thru the gulf and will produce a lot of rain for the states east of us. pensecola said it was under volunteering evacuations.

I am worried about Jeff.I signed us up for this service that they

send you 3 nights of 2 meals so 6 meals all
of the ingredients are included.

So I just read the recipe card and prepared

the meal from scratch. We went for a walk

after dinner. He cleaned up I helped clean the stove,
It was a mess oil got on there when I was cooking

and It almost caught fire!

72 degrees and walked about 45 minutes.
My back was bothering me but I made it.
Jeff feeds all of the neighborhood cats treats.
He has nick names for them all and he usually

walks by himself, talked me into going.
I am glad that I went.

Jeff sees the pulmonologist sp? on tuesday, can't
come soon enough, he has been waiting a long time.
He still has symptoms every day.

Well we are going to watch another episode of the x-files
it was good last night and to be continued for tonight.
We have all 9 seasons. there were 11 but we

never got the last 2 for some reason.

Our 3 cats keep us busy and happy with them.
Jeff plays with them, they love string and lazer light.
He has a bug on the fishing rod and reel, minus the hook and

goes fishing for cats. They love it!

The meals are so so.
I am not a good cook so I cooked the first one by my self and about ruined it over cooking the chicken. It was a pasta dish with out hardly any sauce. I should have doctored it up a bit but did not think of that until after dinner.
the meal tonight was good a vegetarian dish. Lemon zest, zucchini and mushrooms and tomatoes roasted and I made sure there was enough sauce this time by adding more cream cheese and doubled the garlic. It turned out great!

He was told to not use any inhalers like

The primatine mist like he has been using.

They want an accurate picture of what his lungs are like.
He was dealing with some asbestose in the basement of his moms house. I wonder if that could be the cause of his emphazema???
HE also used a lot of chemicals cleaning.
He smoked a lot of pot in his younger years,

but not cigs. He has been suffering with this for months.
