I did stretches that they recommended. and could not get comfortable, I had spasm in my back. I got out of bed at 3am and used a frozen bag of corn on my si joint in the lower back, upper butt. and a ice pack for my groin area.I am going to "the joint" now to talk about what I did wrong, think I over stretched. my fault. I did not think I was going to be able to do my job. But I did, one client at 10am at 1;15 had a face time with my mental health nurse practitioner. That went fine, no changes. I told her I was starting a new diet that I had gained 5 pounds in one month.The meeting was very uplifting. She was very encouraging. and then a client at 3-4pm.

I have a question and hoping you have a clue were I can find a chart.
But Derrick will be having a mammogram, because of his boob issues.
And we are looking for a self-check chart for him to know what to
check at home. I don't have to do checks of course at home anymore.
And I really never had a chart. Do you know of a simple chart
I can find to give him.

I started taking diet pills I got hooked on one of those info commercials.
I bought 3 months worth.
I picked and picked at my right hand middle fingers cuticle. I just could not ignore the urge. maybe the nac is not working any more? At least it did not bleed.



I am getting my hair done today will watch my neck, maybe stand over the basin to get the color out. I did that one time before and it was hard for the girl but it is my neck after all.


The pain in my back has spread to different areas in my right leg.: thigh, groin. Heat seems to hurt it. I tried using a pillow on the futon, I think that helped while just sitting there. I was able to sleep last night. No prns so that is good. I took 800mg of advil. Got my flu shot yesterday and a new battery for my car. Autozone told me I needed a new alternator so I went to Stans and talked with the guy there. he asked about the battery being 100% charged. He said that would not be the case, my alternator is fine. So that is good.

Got up at 10;30. hubby has been up working. and wants to go eat so I had better go, have a good weekend. I need to do laundry, will have to go to a laundry mat, as our washing machine leaks.

thanks you gals!down 2 pounds even though we had a huge dinner., last nite. Fried chicken, sweet potato biscuits, broiled brussel sprouts and mac and cheese that we love there, place is called social. Couple of drinks and it becomes pricey.
For lunch I Had gumbo with out rice or bread and a bowl of cabbage with a spicy dressing...remulaude dressing. hubby had rice with his and a side of onion rings I tasted one. that was all I wanted though he was trying to get me more to eat.
Not sure what we will have pork chops or chicken as they are both thawed.

can't remember if I told you we took hallie in our 6 month old kitten for loose stools. They prescribed 3 different liquids for her. jeff gives them to her.

One is 2ml which is a lot to give her. He has gotten good at giving her them. He holds her by the scruff of her neck.she is easier to do now. some times she foams at the mouth and drools. Her fur was stiff under her chin jeff used a wash cloth to get it off.

how is Hallie now? I forgot what parasite abby came with and finally realized something was wrong I took her to the vets. It was a parasite common in the midwest where she came from.
I can't believe you lost 2 pounds with all that you ate including fried chicken which I so love but don't dare to eat. You must have one incredible metabolism. I know you can drop the weight one two three.
When I was eating just hamburgers a little while ago, weight dropped off of me but then I cheated.

up a pound this morning. This is the last dose of one of the meds. so he is down to one dose left of the other one.


my leg hurts down my thigh almost to my knee now. It is all very weird.

Just an up date:
I scheduled an appointment with my providor today. I had asked for some anti spasmatics last week and they called me monday morning and they had an appointment this after noon for 3:30pm So I hurried thru my after noon appointments to get there early. After spending a lot of time with me 20 minutes she order a hip exray because I complained of groin pain. She told me to not see the chirpractor until we got the results back. she prescribed muscle relaxers 3 times a day but I will only take them 2 times per day when I am home. I stopped by our grocery store and picked up some salon paus roller of 4%lidocaine and the RX for muscle relaxer. It took for ever to get the x-ray done. wonder if the adjustments were too strong and I have a hip fracture from them, will find out later tomorrow. So I might have 2 things going on. SI joint pain and hip leg pain.

just what I don't need. I could work today but it was difficult getting dressed, putting my pants on.
