I am so sorry you are going through this. It is so depressing. It took me an hour to get out of bed to make coffee because I hurt so much. What do you think happened to you? I was thinking of asking for muscle relaxers and pain killers but I just mostly stay in bed. wouldn't you know if something were broken? Why does life have to be so hard?

My groin hurts off and on. I think the salon pas lidocaine roll on is helping.
your lower back hurts the most? There are some simple exercises that you can do on a bed. doing them twice a day for a while will help strengthen your back. I will try mine tonight. lay on your back, easy like pull up your knees put both your arms around them and hug them. and a small to each side roll back and forth gently. they gave me some handouts today for some simple exercises. I am sure there are a ton of them on line. Depression sucks, Pain sucks. ((((HUGS))))) love bizi

my groin hurts too. I will try the exercises. Yes my lower back hurts the most besides my shoulder. where do you get this the salon pas lidocaine roll ?
After you are well maybe get a recumbent bike and use it every day. My friend Paul is 6 5 and fell and can't stand by himself/ eeks. He goes to rehab and his wife walks with him. He had broken ribs and can't balance.eeks love bobby it is a shame you can't just stay in bed. |

so far the pain is lessened although I did not sleep well they gave me a steroid shot. I did a few stretches being very care of my technique.
I called my morning client to cancel because I was not well. Now am running behind. It takes a lot of effort to be on this forum in the morning, it always put me running around getting ready. sigh love you bizi

My SI joint hurts a little it is much better over all.
I keep having thigh pains though.....I still have some pain in my groin, the xray was negative but showed some arthritis. Thank you for your encouragement! biz

that is great! I have pains in my thighs too. What do you think that is from? muscle bruises.

I over slept so canceled my first client of the day going to see 3-4 this afternoon.
just got on line to see if you had written to me bobby. Thank you for your support. We should be leaving because the hurricain is coming directly toward us. scary. We would have to bring the cats and a kitty litter box food and water and try to find a hotel that takes pets. but we are not. Jeff said something to me this morning and he is right I don't remember what he said....oh well he will tell me again. love you bizi

If staying just be extra careful and also make sure you call all your clients to make sure they are going to be home too. Because if they are evacuating then its not a good time for you maybe to be coming. I'd hate for you to go and not need too. Also please go get some food and things you need just in case. Donna
