I am just not disciplined enough to diet. I am 50 pounds over weight..... I drank a whole fifth of eggnog. I am afraid to even look how many calories was in this. I know what I need to do, I just don't think I can make the changes that I need to make. love you , bizi

me too. i need to loose a lot more weight than you. i wish there were something filling but i am eating out of anxiety.

I worked for 5 hours on paperwork and got a lot done.
I have a new assisted living facility that I will be seeing now15 clients. so I made all of them charts and faxed their md orders for them to sign, have already received two back. It is called avanti. bizi
