We have had some really nice fall days here high today was 75 it is still 70 right now. and raining off and on today not hard though.
82 high for tomorrow low of 64 bright sunny day tomorrow as well.
looks like nice weather all week. When we have nice days I sit on fat pats out door patio and drink some beer and make work phone calls and listen to voice mails.etc....
something happened to my fax machine it stopped receiving faxes. I could fax out just not accept any. a friend of mine suggested I unplug it so I did that. It went back to the beginning where I had to reprogram the distinguished line, I have a voice mail set up on the same line. Any way what ever I ended up doing worked The tech faxed me a note and it worked!
I hope it continues to work. I use it a lot for my clients MD orders.
Jeff is at a friends house watching the saints play and at half time they were like 34 to 0 saints winning I called and asked him who was winning and encouraged him to stay and watch the rest of the game, so I think he will do that.
I wish I had more girl friends....it would be nice to have a friend to go do things with. Melissa is my only friend in real life who lives close by.
She just started a new business and she is a social worker seeing a patients on a regular basis now. her regular day job she is in charge a supervisor at a state job having to do with child welfare cases. not exactly sure what she does really. She is hoping to retire from her state job and do this private practice after she retires in a few years.


Jeff is coming home the saints are ahead 38-0.
we will watch x-files a bit later than normally we watch it at 9;30.


Thank God for jeff in my life.

i forgot. do you take geodon? if so does it help with anxiety?

I took geodon for mood stabilizer, it stopped wprking and that is how I ended up being hospitalized for medication changes. now I am on a small dose of haldol and it seems to be working.
It is weight neutral and yes I think it helped with anxiety.

eeks. my doctor wants me to stay on this medication because it works so well on me. i still feel shell shocked about the prices. i forgot if i mentioned that it will cost 358 at the beginning of the year.

Just a question is $358 a 3 month supply. And then in three months would
you have to pay that again. I'm just trying to see if it would be a one time
a year bill or all the time.

I can't tell you how wonderful I felt last night. It works so well. I think it is worth every penny.

Maybe you could work on saving from buying things by saying to yourself.

I'm going to invest in my medication instead by taking this $10 dollars this
week or even $15 and putting it in a place to afford my medication instead
of the shirt or what ever I think I want. Instead.

I slept great last night. I think cutting off drinking early

helped me sleep great and I also did not have a morning

appointment so did not even set the alarm.Got up at 10am.
It felt wonderful sleeping in.


I started this note this morning and am finishing it tonight.
My mom went to the emergency room this morning for pain under
her lung on the right side. they ran tests on her and ruled out kidneys

were fine as well as her liver. They gave her morphine in the hospital

she really liked that then set her home with hydrocodine with tylenol.
and no diagnosis. She sees her PCP soon and will hopefully get down
to figuring out what is causing her pain.
it was cold there 39 so dad can't play golf....he was able to play 2 days

ago monday, will go to planet fitness and walk on the tred mill.
My niece taylor move from new york because her s/o matt was not

able to pass the running test...he took it 4 times and did not pass it for
the academy so they moved back to north carolina. They found a condo right

on the beach the lady is renting it to them for 6 months fully furnished.
We already have pictures of emmy scooting around in the sand and eating it. lol
We had 80 degrees today beautiful fall weather for us.
better get to bed my meds are starting to kick in.

358 dollars is a lot of ten dollars.
