sorry about the sleep and the side effects. ratss

I am hypo, which is a good thing. I was able to grocery shop, and do some meal planning at the grocery store and bought a cart full $350, in about 1 1/2 hours. came home and jeff put them away. he put out a couple things to thaw when I asked him about that.
Tegretol, seems to be working.

Its weird, My addictions are gone!
It is like a switch has been flipped.
no cravings! alcohol, food, picking, internet. Have lost a couple pounds this week!

I am focused, able to get things done....spending a lot of time with my clients teaching where needed/wanted. still getting used to a routine with disinfecting my equipment. I was mostly doing it before but am more thorough now. saw 2 people today, and donated blood in between the visits.
I am not sleeping all that well. unfortunately.
took a shower today and it wasn't a big deal.

I got hyponatrimia, low sodium on trileptal years ago.
My urine has been getting dark, I must not be drinking enough water.
or the med is affecting my kidneys.
need to get my blood tested again.

I am having a hard time shutting my brain off.
went to bed at midnight and was awake until 2am got up disempacted myself of hard stool then took 1mg of klonipin and went to sleep. slept for the most part until 7, then back to sleep and got up at 9. feel good.
I only have so many klonipin left.
I tried the cbd oil 2 nights

tried200mg hydroxyzine

That is all I have
1mg of klonipin is the only thing that works.
and I don't have a legal prescription for it.
I am going to ask for labs from dr. Orazio for a chem profile and tegretol level.
I have gotten hyponatrimia low sodium, on trileptal in the past.
and I am taking a high dose of the tegretol xr, 400mg bid to get it barely in the therapuetic range.

I have to see my lovely client at 2 out of town.

We are still going to get our chris' gumbo just to go.for lunch.
and then I leave at 2 pm.
They announced that all non medical people are to close doing manicures, pedicures, hair stylist, massage therapist who can't maintain a 6 feet distance, to close down, not me!.
the key wording is non medical so I get to stay in business.

I am only seeing about 2 people a day....some times 3 but between teaching and the cleaning disinfecting I have been running 2 hours per client. but with time I should be able to cut that down.


Just to repeat what I am going to do in regards to the impaction of stool.
I am going to cvs to buy:
Mag citrate liquid and take the whole bottle.
buy colace 100mg and take that twice a day and

miralax, one dose daily.
and stop talking the laxatives!

Bizi -- for a long, long time I lived with horrible constipation. I tried everything I could find and finally went to the doctor. She said I should just take a dose of Miralax every day. It worked!! I haven't had any problem since then.
I hope you have the same success.

Yeah, hope you have the same success too! Unfortunately, Miralax didn't seem to work for me, or I didn't have the patience to wait more than a day for things to clear up, but even after that...well, I mean I guess I was kinda still struggling with C AND D, so maybe that's why I stopped?? Honestly, now I forget. But hopefully you won't have to worry about such issues. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything.

Also hope you can actually get a legal prescription for the Klonopin. *hugs

after some hard stool and straining I had some normal stool so I did not do the mag citrate in a bottle but have it if I need it.
.
And will try just the stool softener alone twice a day. pharmacist said I could take 2 twice a day. no dependency . I will hold off on the miralax. I had become dependent on the laxative and had a lazy colon. so it will take a while to get things going normally.
