our ride comes in a couple of hours need to get ready. I am pretty much done,
just need to drink the coffee that I made.

Tonight for dinner I am making BLT'S, on daves killer bread.
I am going to use turkey bacon. So we will see how it turns out.


The trip home was different because we were helping to

clean out the house. a long way from being done.

They are going to have the house appraisal done soon.
So they know what they are looking at. There is a son

of my sisters best friends who flips houses and is also a realtor.
His name is chris.
They have already spoken with him. He buys up houses that
need a lot of work done. and then flips them.
He said he would give them the fair market value.
So they are having an appraiser come on tuesday to look at the

house and give them a realistic value of the house as is.
my brother in law brian is getting multiple quotes for the electrical

work that needs to be done. And more of the basement needs to be
fortified as there are cracks that need to be water proofed and

reinforced because the are starting to bow into the basement.
They had to have that done to the other part of the basement,
now it is that they should have done the whole basement. hind sight

is 20/20 of course.


I spent 2 nights at my parents house, I worked in the yard

a bit pulling weeds. out of her flower bed. Mom has a hard time doing

things like that because of the severe pain in her thumbs
So Each time I am there I want to do some thing that helps them.
I am the guilty daughter who only calls infrequently and

sees them 2 times a year... my other sisters go up once a month.


Yes I slept well last night.
I saw my therapist this morning.
It was good to hear her point of view.
I told her I switched pdocs
Tomorrow I see her again on zoom which is suppose to be a

more secure way to communicate.
So we will see how that goes. I only gave consent to 2 years of notes,

not 18 years is too much for one fax machine.


Jeff and I went to gretchens to see taylor and the baby Emmerson.
WE spent 2 nights close by it was a good break to stay somewhere

where it was not a mess.
She was adorable I can't remember the last time I held an 8 month old!


Mom and dad were to have come down but decided not to.
They are in their 80's and don't want to be around people who

have flown: us, and taylor with the baby....


I go back to work on monday. decided that I needed

time to get stronger again. It was an emotional vacation.


glad to be back home. need to get to some paper work.
I need to make up bills. very tedious thing to do it is not hard but I have
been avoiding it like the plague.

I used to have a friends daughter do them for me.
She is in Iowa working on her masters degree.

I think she will go on to law school,
I think she is in environmental..affairs.

I think.

Any way, She is very bright...I believe she had a 4.0 for her bachelors degree.



I had better start the bacon.

I know it was long!
thank you for your post to me.
I used to have a young woman, she is 23 now who used to

help me sporadically, she is off to school for a masters degree.
There are a lot of people not wearing masks when they should be wearing them.

The BLTs came out good. shared some raspberries which were delicious.

Thank you for your responses to my post. It was long I know.
I just had a lot to report. My updates will be shorter.

Saw my pdoc provider a nurse practitioner.
Her name is Paige.

since I am stable at the present moment we will

keep my meds the same.
I am taking haldol, lamictal, the haldol shot, tolfonal, nac for the excoriation disorder. (She told me that she does the same! I told her that the NAC really helped.)
I am to see her again once a month then go to every 3 months.
which is fine by me.
just finished my second cup of coffee today.

It will be a paper work day. and I have many people on my voice mail list that I need to call them back. I have like 10 new clients to call.
Called one who called me and told her of my waiting list.
need to get going
