I am relieved that it is over. now to just wait on the results.
I don't have any side effects no head ache!They only took out 1 teaspoon of fluid. I don't know how much fluid is in the spine.They let me keep my clothes on and just pull my pants down a bit and lifted my shirt up and I had to lie on my stomach with a double folded pillow under my tummy to help extend/open up my spine.The lidocaine shots hurt to numb up my back so it would not hurt when they did the procedure.
I felt pressure but no pain. so that was good.
Jeff brought me home, I did not know that I could not drive.They never called me beforehand. I went straight to bed for 3.5 hours.

Now just wait on the results.

I canceled my tdoc appointment because I was not supposed to drive and they wanted me to just be lazy for the rest of the day. I am drinking heavily....
3 1/2 beers at fat pats then a bottle of wine at home after dinner..
I bought a boxed wine. 5 glasses equals a bottle of wine.
I went to the fresh market to pick up a rotisserie chicken and some side dishes and bought the box on impulse....I did not have anything to drink at home. So the wine was on the way out, impulse buy.$20 for the box of wine....don't know how many bottles it is. I am sure it says it some where on the box. we had the chicken, side of greek pasta salad and brocolli cranberry poppy seed salad, and then some red cranberry relish. yummy dinner. It cost about $12 for the dinner and we have left overs.
Jeff made a chicken cauliflower rice alfredo dinner the day before yesterday. I added some chicken left over from my meal tonight so we can have left overs for dinner tomorrow.I need to go to little verons to pick up some meats for dinner. I like their meat loaf and chicken thighs wrapped in bacon and some times cream cheese. They have good sausages too. Green chives is what I usually get not spicy at all. I would prefer a bit of spice but I can always add some hot sauce when we sit down to the dining room for dinner.

Just got back from lunch we went early for chris' chicken and sausage gumbo.
It was really good today but really hot!!!!
I am seeing one client today. at 2pm. The place she lives at made me go and

get tested for the covid. at their facility on wednesday, out of town then I am going back there
for my client today It takes about a half an hour to go there.
Of course I tested negative and that is why I am able to go today.

She is so excited for me to be coming to see her.
I have been seeing her for years at 3 different facilities,
she is never happy with the place it is ok when she first gets there,
then the honey moon period is over and she starts complaining
one place asked her to leave because she was complaining so much.


It is a pretty day today sunny and 70's, turned on the air conditioner last night
because the house felt hot 73 degrees we like it at 70....so left the air set at 75,
to get it to 70....old thermostat.

I have either one load or two loads. This weekend I have 2 loads.


One of my scrub pants have perpetual stains that I keep trying to get out. looks terrible.

so I went back to wear I bought them and was going to order2 more pairs because

some times I work a saturday and have to wear the same pants 2 days 2 days in a row.
THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SAME color that I have ceil blue.

so I picked purple from the list of jockey pants colors. they take 1-2 weeks to come in, they will call me.

Even so I think I finally got out the stains but we will see I wash them tomorrow.
