I had a pretty good doctor's appointment today. She is scheduling
a Physical therapy for my legs. And I'm scheduled for an colonoscopy. I think the procedure is something I can get through. So it should be good. It even says I can drink water. I am afraid I might not be able to drink the gatorade, we will see if I can keep down the miralax. But at least with the time I can start I should be okay. Donna

The miralax doesn't have any flavor., so they said you could use water instead of gatoraid?

She told me gatorade but the paperwork all reads that or water.
So I will probably use both. She also knew about my problem with keeping it down. So I think she changed the plan a little so I can take a little longer to do it. Which hopefully will help with it. Donna

I really don't understand. How would the water clear you out? What is wrong with your legs? I think they gave me something like magnesium citrate. Am I confused?

The water is in place of the gatorade, I would also take miralax, and the pills ducolax and I think something else I don't remember right now. The gatorade I will probably buy some and dilute it instead of not trying it at all. Not sure yet what I'm doing. Its the colonoscopy that I have to take the stuff before to clean out. The physical therapy is for the legs, back and knees, I don't know what all it is. I have trouble if I fall getting up. And other things. I fell last week or tripped and hit my hip and leg and now still have a big bruise. But its healing, but sore. I have had this same problem for a while. And go to physical therapy when I can so I can get stronger and try to not need something else. Like knee replacement surgery like one of my sisters just had. Donna

Other than it got a little cool here last night and today. I'm good.
I am not happy with the bigger rise in covid, we are shutting down more things in my area. I am in a really little county and not only is our schools shut till after thanksgiving, to virtual. Lafayette's county schools too. But out little area is shutting its courthouse and most of the banks are back to shut unless you call. Ugh, I'm debating cancelling my colonoscopy that is scheduled in 10 days because I don't want to take a chance of getting exposed just going into the hospital. Donna
