Red face

Step 1: Lying Down

  • Lie down on your back with a pillow under your right shoulder
  • Use the pads of the three middle fingers on your left hand to check your right breast
  • Press using light, medium and firm pressure in a circle without lifting your fingers off the skin
  • Follow an up and down pattern
  • Feel for changes in your breast, above and below your collarbone and in your armpit
  • Repeat on your left breast using your right hand
These steps may be repeated while bathing or showering using soapy hands.

Step 2: In Front of the Mirror

Look for any changes from normal. Inspect your breasts in four steps:
  • Hold arms at your side
  • Hold arms over your head
  • Press your hands on your hips and tighten your chest muscles
  • Bend forward with your hands on your hips

Bizi

Thank you, I've been looking online but the print is so small
I can't read a lot of it to tell if it would help him.

I don't seem to know how to enlarge on the pages.

I really don't understand. How would the water clear you out? What is wrong with your legs? I think they gave me something like magnesium citrate. Am I confused?

Bobby

The water is in place of the gatorade, I would also take miralax, and the
pills ducolax and I think something else I don't remember right now.

The gatorade I will probably buy some and dilute it instead of not trying
it at all. Not sure yet what I'm doing. Its the colonoscopy that I have
to take the stuff before to clean out.

The physical therapy is for the legs, back and knees, I don't know what all it is.
I have trouble if I fall getting up. And other things. I fell last week or tripped
and hit my hip and leg and now still have a big bruise. But its healing, but sore.
I have had this same problem for a while. And go to physical therapy when I can so I can get stronger and try to not need something else. Like knee replacement surgery like one of my sisters just had.
