I know i just wrote a bunch on Bizis thread, but i have more. Lol

Well, this just in-we received our stimulus check. That means we can do our taxes. Will that be this weekend or next? And it means I'll have to fix my sleep schedule and juggle that with pms and period. Another headache.

But as to the doc stuff. Um, oh yeah, so doc's assistant said i should see someone local about all of that i said above. But i wasnt really feeling sick or anything, so i kinda ignored this. But i did get my refill and i do think i will try to follow up about the ADHD concern. Especially as its been getting harder and harder to manage in dealing with certain others who have certain expectations.

As for a stabilizer, idk. I believe the ADHD med could address all my current issues. As i read more about it, it seems some of my more "bipolarish" episodes could be symptoms of this. Plus i am hesitant to try a med that will increase weight. I already struggle so much with food and cooking. I also think it's easier to tell if the med is working if i just add one at a time. And furthermore, i didnt even know it before, but another one of my friends has ADHD and has had success with medication. She also has bipolar(2?), which i knew, but her telling of how she's just now in constant stable but lower mood is not very reassuring for me. I don't think i could keep going if i was not getting those better moods. And again, i don't believe I've ever gotten too out of hand. I mean, maybe dysphoria, but like comeon! If i am dealing with difficult people (*cough cough) as well asADHD issues, it totally makes sense to me I'd get overwhelmed and upset sometimes. So yea.

I really hope you get in to see an doctor to work on the ADHD, if your friend is local or close to were you live. Maybe she will tell you were she goes to the doctor. What office. I know not exactly the same one, but that way maybe you can get a doctor at the same office. And get started. I;m hoping you
can get started soon. Its spring and its time to start a new with things.

I'm sending you good thoughts. And maybe with the wisdom teeth out
it will help with the grinding issues. Or the next doctor the specialist
will be able to tell you what is up.

I tried going on Twitter just now and my internet bar kept spinning. All the videos and pics are straining this. :'( I really hope H doesn't have any trouble with it for his work.

Maybe i will try to sleep some more.

Have a serious talk with your husband and ask him for help.when do you see a psychiatrist? to get a better picture and possibly some meds to help you rein in the addiction. You are unstable right now and I think a mood stabilizer would help you a lot. Lamictal is the gold star standard first line of offense for mood stabilization. Only you can do this. hubby can reassure you and maybe you can work on your marriage. Ask for his help.
