thank you so very much! I so appreciate it big time. Yesterday was another very rough night and early morning. I just threw out some food that might bother me.
love and kisses

i really now like my therapist. there is a slight chance that i might not be able to keep him.soon he is only going to be working three days a week.
i am not watching much tv but right before he called i was listening to camilla harris and she said trump wants to get rid of social security and medicare. i went to snopes to check it out and it said it was a possibility. i so freaked. he is the devil.. my therapist calmed me down and said it won't happen. he would lose too
many voters. then i figured if it did happen, the republicans would be squished in the next election and the democrats would undo all of his insane behavior.he
is the devil.

I just called my caseworker and told her that I heard on tv that the
FAH trump wants to get rid of social security and medicare and she said not to worry and it wouldn't affect me. He is such a monster and a killer caring only about himself and not worrying about all the people dying of the virus.

Bobby

Listen to your caseworker and therapist. And I'd remember also that
anyone on SSI or SSDI, and has medicare wouldn't vote for him. Or
I sure wouldn't hope so. If he keeps that up. But he has said that
many times and the congress or someone keeps telling him no.

So I think he is trying to get someone to try and stop him again.
And trying to get the voters to say okay go ahead we will vote for
you anyway. I have never liked him. I could care less if others do
or not.

My own husband says he is the best to vote for. He is an idiot for that
part. It would ruin my son's disability things if he keeps in office I'm
sure. He has tried the last 4 years to do that. But has been stopped.

I really think he is both evil and insane. He is torturing so many people. I wonder if your husband has ever thought it out? I hope your son isn't aware of his threats.

I am reading a fun book. I got so depressed tonight. My stomach was bothering me. I finally started reading and am no longer depressed and my stomach doesn't hurt as much.. I think I will read all night. spoke with aaron this afternoon and he said no way could trump get rid of medicare and social security. He really knows his stuff. He suggested I read The Hobbit so I ordered it.
i just bought catnip. i read that it repels bugs.

What is the book that you are reading?
I am about to finish reading called:

the night circus by erin morgenstern.
It has been a fun book to read.
40 pages left. Reading just a few pages at night it has taken me forever to finish.

the madcap marriage by allison lane. I had two hot dogs this morning and have had a stomach ache, gas and nausea . I just took a bottle of magnesium citrate.
I shouldn't have had the hot dogs. I am safe when I eat hard boiled eggs. Yesterday I had some arugula with dressing and my stomach was okay. I don't know what to do. I just had chamomile tea and am going to have ginger lemon tea. so many people have IBS. a lot of people have it really bad. I think I wrote that 1 in 4 people have stomach problems and they have gotten more in the past ten years. I have a doctor's appt on Thursday and don't think I will eat anything and just have some tea. It is at 9 and that is stressing me.
I have lost eight pounds. That is the good news. I got really stressed out about the medicare and social security.

play a role, such as:

Certain foods
Increased stress levels
Fluctuating hormones during menstrual cycles
Depression and other mental health conditions

IBS Diet Suggestions:
Eat all cooked vegetables, except perhaps cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli – which might cause too much gas – however, if they are your favourite foods and they don’t cause problems for you, then go for them too.
Try fruits without the skins. Some people might have problems with melons, apples, and citrus fruits.
Some IBS patients benefit from increasing the fibre content of their diet. When it comes to fibre, increase this slowly and ensure a water intake of 1.5-2L/day.
Bran fibre may aggravate some symptoms of IBS so be alert for any negative reactions to this food.
Usually people with IBS can tolerate bread, pasta, rice, bagels, and crackers, in any variety including rye, whole wheat, white, gluten free, etc, unless you also have celiac disease or a gluten intolerance.
Some find seeds challenging, but experiment to see if they bother you or not.
Dairy products only cause problems for people who are lactose intolerant, so enjoy these products freely. If you have lactose intolerance as well as IBS, you could try lactose-free products or a Lactaid® pill.
Enjoy all meat, chicken and fish.
Some people have problems with heavily spiced, sauced, or fried foods.
Try choosing these snack foods: pretzels, baked potato chips, rice cakes, frozen yogurt, low fat yogurt, and fruit.
Look for low-fat items to enrich your diet.
For the foods that are potential IBS symptom triggers for you, try introducing them back into your diet by having a small portion and choosing only one trigger food at a time.
A good trick for some people is to take 1-3 tsp or three capsules of a soluble fibre supplement before a potential trigger meal. The supplement may protect against developing symptoms. Be sure to go slowly when adding fibre to your diet.
Prepare foods by grilling, broiling, baking, or steaming with little to no oil. Try using a cooking spray in place of oil.
Low FODMAP Diet for IBS
For some individuals with IBS, a diet low in Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, and Mono-saccharides, And Polyols (low FODMAP) may reduce symptoms. The premise is that food fermenting in the gut leads to uncomfortable side effects that mimic or magnify IBS symptoms. Read more about the low FODMAP diet here.
