It is a lousy way to lose weight when your stomach is always hurting.

Robert's brother just died. They were very close. He lived in Arizona. He too was a huge animal lover. At one time he had 14 dogs and 20 cat in the barn. I think he lived on a ranch. He was older by one year. He was a very special man.

I am sorry your stomach is always hurting.

What over the counter meds have you tried? What does your doctor say?
(((((HUGS)))))
I am sorry.

Bobby

Wow, you now know someone who has survived the virus.

Also we all stress before a doctor's appointment. I hope yours
go well.

a lot of it is gas pains and just stomach aches that make it hard for me to sleep at night. I have tried all the things over the counter besides tea.I just ordered coated peppermint that is supposed to help. My doctor said take maalox and probiotics and the liquid magnesium citrate. prescription laxatives don't work for me. i have gas pains a lot even when i haven't eaten anything and stomach aches,. I just ordered a lot more liquid magnesium citrate from swansonsvitamin. they are the cheapest. that is really the only laxative that works for but it can take a lot of hours.
love

I'm so sorry to hear that Roberts brother died. I know how hard this
will be. Hoping that he can get through this.

When it comes to gas pain, I can't think off the top of my head what
to tell you. But I know that eating food that comforts helps me. And
I believe drinking a little milk brings me comfort too.

Tea also does. I'm going to think on this, because I think you need to
find something to use before bed maybe.

i have never seen robert like this and have him be so open. he is a very private person unless he is talking about his doggies or computers. i will send him another note and say more prayers. i might say i would love to hear the fun you two growing up. he might not want to.
i just ordered some encoated peppermint oil and will start having them especially at night.
fondly,
bobby
