I just checked my email and found a note from robert thanking me. He enclosed a picture of them clowning around when they were much younger. i told him i was praying for him too and would love to hear stories and also when did they start loving animals so much and if they grew up with them.

He may not but he might want to also. So that would be a nice thing to do. Also next time you want to go and buy an shirt or something maybe stop and instead go to a rescue place for animals or someplace that is special to Robert, and send a small donation in memory of his brother in his name. That way you can also remember him in a way that Robert will feel good too. If the way I said it makes sense. Donna:hug::grouphug: |
i might see what is on the internet. I have to use a cab when I go somewhere and they are expensive. when i go to the doctors I have to pay over 20 dollars.
that is a great idea. fondly bobby I buy chewies and a lot of hamburg for Danny which Robert so appreciates. i just sent a donation in memory of robert's brother. i hope his name was steve-eeks |
I just called scrie because I became terrified that a person there gave me the wrong information and I would wind up paying 400 dollars more a month for rent.
I HAVE BEEN APPROVED now if only I can stop worrying. |
another problem might have been solved. I had two very big bags of sweaters under the bed. I threw one a few weeks ago when I found holes in it. bugs had gotten into it. yesterday I just wanted to check again the other bag which was okay the last time I checked. It seemed fine but when I turned it over I saw some holes. I threw it down the compactor so now I have no sweaters but definitely less bugs.
I had bought cookies and I threw those out this morning. I am going to start buying chicken and making chicken soup. Maybe that will heal my stomach. |
I'm glad you found out the bag was holey for lack of better word.
I hope your chicken soup is good. Have a great day. Donna :grouphug: |
thanks. i felt relieved big time about fining another source of the bugs. I refused to open the bag and check for sweaters that were still good. I just didn't want to let go anymore bugs. Marci was unhappy. she probably wanted to see if she could get any of the good sweaters. no way did i want to take a chance.
I took a bad fall this morning and have a small egg size lump on my wrist and my neck hurts a little. I will throw out the shoes that I love i don't want to wait to see if marci wants them. i just want them out.. I finally had my hair cut. she is so fantastic.that is where i fell. I took a cab home which was a little more than a block and it cost me 7.50. I couldn't walk really. tomorrow I will leave 45 minutes early for my 9 o clock doctor's appt. I will take a cab and then walk so slowly. I am scared. I was so lucky I didn't hurt myself worse. I am just really sad even though things are being taken care and abby has been acting like a kitten. i am back to watching the news. fondly bobby |
I don't like bugs or snakes or vermin or spiders....oh and fire ants!!!!!!
bizi That would have freaked me out too. |
I emailed to Robert about Joyce's dog Piper and got a great response! i think it helped his grieving.
TY for sending me this funny story. I howled with laughter! I thought you would enjoy this.My friend Joyce whom I have gotten most of my kitty cats from is on her fifth wire hair terrier. Piper is now two. She has finally stopped chewing wooden furniture. Joyce calls her the beast. She has the worse barking problem and Joyce has tried everything. I bet you could train her. She said Piper would even bark if a leaf dropped. She lives in sag Harbor most of the time. Guess what- if somebody comes to the door Piper won’t make a sound. She is groomed once a month-bath and all and she is an angel. Take care, bobby |
Bobby
You be careful and take care. I'm so glad you are throwing things out. And honestly Marcie needs to be out of the equation. Its not her stuff. If you get rid of it she might realize but just do it. DOnna :grouphug: |
