thanks. my stomach was fine all day and late at night it got pain.it might be gas pain.i think i really have ibs. c. i really hurt myself when I fell down yesterday. When I touch my wrist it really hurts. I fell on my legs too and now they are so stiff and unstable and hurt. My hair looks great. Was it worth it? I really scared them when I fell at the hair dressers.
my stomach feels better but like a jerk I am going to have some coffee and maybe read. I have josg groban on . have to leave tomorrow at 8:15 to get to the doctor's on time. I might just stay up now. I brought pudge to the bed and petted her for a while.

yes-she is one of my cardiologists. she put me on the injectable medication to lower lousy cholesterol which i have to take for life. she referred me to a nutritionist for my diabetes.

You seem to be doing really good Bobby, in spite of everything. I'm also glad your appointment went well. So Abby's acting like a kitten, how cute! thank you so very much. I think you are very right about Josh Groban. I just adore his voice and can listen to it for hours and hours. I still don't know most of the words.
I still really hurt, I think I even hurt my back and my neck and legs and wrist still hurt.. It was a very bad fall and I guess will take a lot of time to feel normal. I was so lucky I didn't break any thing.
I am happy to get my physical over and she didn't find anything. I was so impatient during the tests. I see two doctors next eek. I hope my a1c isn't higher. i started eating like a pig again.
I hope you and Mitten are doing well. He or she seems real to me.
