eat 5 small meals a day for one thing. This will help your diabetes and the need to eat. Yes, I know it sounds like you will gain weight but its what we are told when we need to lose weight and are hungry. Or at least I was told. Also try finding foods like vegetables that you can eat. And I believe fruits are good too. Also proteins are good for you. Start drinking water also. Donna :grouphug: |
thanks so very much. I know I have to start drinking a lot more water. I do love arugula and watercress and romaine lettuce. rats I also like salad dressing. I have been afraid to eat other vegetables that might trigger my IBS like cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and broccoli but maybe my new medication will now let me.
I will try five times a day. I talk to a nutritionist on the 23 for my diabetes. fondly bobby |
