I am sorry that you have been falling.
perhaps some extra padding is helping you from breaking bones?

my being so padded has served a great purpose. I still hurt all over. My shoulder hurts but there is less padding..
I am less manic today. I won't buy any more stocks but will watch another two. Two of them have to do with electrical vehicles.

I am trading but I will try to stop now. hopefully these are long term holds.
I have to stop.
just got a call from my cardiologist and he wants me to come in for some testing. It will be on the 16th at 10:00
I postponed a week to see if I hurt less. I rode the bike a little today . it might be helping and doesn't hurt when I di it but then afterwards I am weaker.

it doesn't hurt when I use it but afterwards I really have a hard time walking. can you imagine I didn't even want to get up and make a cup of coffee?lol

Are you eating right?You may be hungry and weak because you have a low blood sugar?what have you been eating lately? Do you get meals on wheels, I know they are bland but you can doctor them up with spices and such. Are you going to the senior center any more, I think they served meals????
You could focus on your meals, plan them look up recipes order the foods items and cook for your self some times. Did you ever go see a nutritionist?

the senior center has been closed since the virus but I had stopped going when my friend killed himself a few years ago. I tried meals on wheels and a kosher one but I didn't like one and the other had some delicious stuff but was too fastening.
the nutritionist told me everything I knew but did say how important muscle was. I tried my bike for a few minutes. It didn't hurt but when I got off and tried to walk I was in so much pain. I have trouble sitting down because I am afraid I am going to fall. I can only stand for a few minutes. I started eating hamburgers in microwave. I have arugula and snap peas. The food is delivered and my wonderful doorman puts the food in the elevator and I get it or else a porter brings it up. I think they are afraid I am going to fall and I am weak so I can;t carry anything much and have to use my cane. My shoulder also really still hurts. Two of my doctors know about this but didn;t suggest xrays or anything, just time. I also order chinese food.
My spending is outrageous, I don't quite understand why I got back into the market. I lost so much years ago. I was so manic a monkey could have done better. I am also going to change my ira which will have more risk.
I heard frim aaron via email. He did try to call me on Friday but my phone wasn't working for a while and I didn't know it.
I have been speaking to a really sweet pastoral intern once a week.. I have moments during the week when I have lovely contact with volunteers.
can you believe I am drinking coffee and got out of bed to buy some batteries. I lost one of my kindles.
My friend alice doesn't think I am crazy. I asked her, She said nobody thinks that.
I am making progress on the roach situation.
My muscles were so bruised. I stumbled today.

I forgot I drink Healthy Choice soup...low sodium. also applesauce
finally found my other Kindle. I know I should always use my cane in the apartment. I lean against walls otherwise.

Do you have a walker, that you could use to sit down with. It wouldn't
have to be used to walk around the room. Just keeping it were you sit
down. That way you can stabilize your self and then sit with the use
of it.
