It really takes strong thigh muscles to go up a stair.

Do both thighs hurt? try again but lead with your stronger leg.You try again ok?
love you running late and I need to take a shower!

I didn't do the debate but what I heard on facebook it was more of
Pence interrupting Harris. So I don't know.

Bobby

Take the walker over to use it to steady to go out on the terrace.

And then back in side. Its a safety thing.

You can lock it when you go out and when you go back in.

How long does it take for an elderly person to recover from a fall?
In fact, the source reported that in a study, only one-third of seniors who were classified as severely or moderately disabled prior to their fall were able to fully recover within one year.Dec 8, 2014

I guess I have to be patient, I have to try out my new cane I still hurt a lot when I put weight on my legs but it is definitely feeling better..

yesterday I had a great day. At nine Emily, a pastor intern called and we talked about God. Then Aaron called at five. This was a first. I had the worse time saying the word ornamental when we were talking about thailand. I never went but he went to Bangkok.
Then Aleya called at seven and I laughed so much. She has a great sense of humor especially about politics Her delivery is fantastic but I get carried away and she doesn't,
Abby has been sleeping on my bed in a box.

about 45 minutes ago I had a very hard time getting out of a chair. I had no strength in my thighs . Then it came back sort of. scary.

Knee extensions - While sitting straighten one knee with the foot in the air and back of the knee is still against the chair, hold for 2-3 seconds and return foot to floor, repeat 20 times on both legs. Gluteal squeezes - Tighten your buttocks together, hold for 5 seconds, repeat 10 times.Oct 26, 2016

that must have been scary to not get up. when seated and trying to get up place your legs as close to the chair as possible then bend forward and it will use your stronger leg muscles to help get you out of a chair.
Use your cane to help once you are up and steady.
practice getting up and down many times thru out the day that is a great way to build up those thigh muscles.

Yes you need to keep building up the strength by moving if even just
up and down every hour. Make sure you do this too. I'd try doing it
maybe 10 times. Even 5 would be nice.
