i think i am going to try physical therapy again., one that comes to your house. It has been three months and now I don't feel any improvement.
I was holding Pudge and I fell but not bad. I let go of Pudge she wasn't in the way. I got a wire basket for my walker. My anxiety is really high and I feel jumpy. |

I called the pt and left a message for my doctor to write the prescription. Time isn't helping now. I am so scared and my anxiety is past the roof.
