with my air conditioning on i haven't had the usual stomach ache. my therapy session went well. i swore a lot and got rid of some of my rage.

i just had a video conference with my psychiatrist and made another one for next month. he is adding buspar.

I have been praying to God every morning. I wake up early every morning with a stomach ache and a lot of fears. My bipolar is getting worse and my spelling is getting worse. I am worried about my ac bill. I am worried about my lease. I worry about what I can eat since my stomach seems to be upset so much. I just ordered a new tea that might help.i am going to try to eat a lot of zucchini. i belong to an ibs forum. so many people have it much worse than i do i worry about the virus and trump getting reelected.i a not watching much tv. Tonite may be the last call from my volunteer aaron. I don't know if Dorot will allow him to keep on calling. he wants to.
i wake up every morning depressed with bad thoughts but then the aplenzin kicks in. i think it is still too soon for the buspar to work.
i am reading another delightful book that i might have read before. i just ordered a joseph campbell book.

i have been so worried about getting my 4 rugs back from a cleaner i know nothing about. the building paid 931 to have them cleaned.i have a stomach ache. i first got a wrong number and freaked. i called again and got a busy signal. i called again and got the woman whom i first talked to. she said she was going to call me today to see if they can be delivered tomorrow morning. i feel both relieved and very anxious.
i hope it goes well and i will have one less worry on my plate. reading that ibs can cause nausea in the morning was in a way a relief.
the ac is working great and i also use a tower fan. i am scared of the electric bill but it will be worth it.

so great to have you back. I really missed you big time. robert and Marci are true blessings. he was over tonight again and hooked up the new ooma modem. hopefully I won't have telephone problems again. I am so unhappy and I should feel so blessed.
