i gained back all the weight. as usual i am severely depressed. i think my ibs is back. i keep on trying to get a vaccine appointment but no luck. i will try to start exercising again. no control over buying.

I am sorry you are so depressed, you rapid cycle so much this could be called a mixed mood. you have had periods of mania when you were depressed, very hard to treat.
can you reach out to GOd when You are feeling this bad, does praying help you?
