I try but lately my depression has been so bad. right now it isn't.. I hate being bipolar!

the first time in ages I wasn't depressed. I already talked him before and he said he didn't want to raise any of my medications. Aplenzin works the best.

mine are so much more downs than ups-true of bipolar 11
I am not depressed. It is going to be a bad stock day for me. I have been eating a lot of poached eggs for meals and have lost 5 pounds in a short while.
I don't know how long I will be free of the depression. It is so chemical and doesn't seem to have anything to do with my situation. I have so many issues. can't yet get scheduled for a vaccination. I keep on thinking what a horrible death it would be.

I'm sorry you can't get scheduled yet. I'm hoping soon you can get scheduled.
I'm having to think this has to do with part of when you get depressed.
