yes but I don't use it because I can't control it. listened to two lectures, talked to Linda and Cecilia, cleaned the cat litter and took a bath. Started the day very depressed but now just mildly depressed. just watched a little tv. plan to go to bed early tonight.

so angry at myself for not excersizing that i am getting worse. robert's coming over I stupidly jammed my printer.
Now for the bad news Linda was told today that she has breast cancer for the third time. She said she is relieved because she has had to get a mammogram and biopsy every five months and they can't put her out.
