I am having such a hard time. The double fall has wrecked me. It hurts most of the time to walk. I think it will take a long time. Then Pudge stressed me out so much. I was also terrified that I might have to spend 300 dollars at the vets. I am terrified because I am s dependent on Robert. What if he were to be busy to take Pudge to the vet. I can't now carry her case to a cab and take her to the vet.

the pdoc couldn't give me anything for my overspending and overeating.
I have been with him for seven years. I just learned that.
i am switching iras. ugh

Yes, I wear a mask into stores and places that require it. But I don't
stay more than about 15 minutes or I will take it down for a couple
minutes to breath. Then I will also leave and go back later if its
necessary. THe local dollar general staff knows I have asthma so
they are good about not saying anything if I have got my mask
down.

I just didn't want to set a bad example with the kids we serve by
not wearing a mask. For medical purposes. I figured some of the
young adults might not have them on for that reason. But its not
something I wanted to do. So I didn't. And I didn't want to
start coughing on them, mine is also a coughing form of asthma.

And this season has been bad. Its been good for a few years, but
this is going to be a bad year. I have inhalers I use. Just not as good
as sometimes.

Bobby

Before you switch ask the question is anyone going to be able
to really give you anything for overspending and overeating?

Because I don't know of anything that will work for that. Its called
will power I'm afraid. Also I believe he told you he would provide
the medicine you need. They may not or might not be able to.

I think that might out weigh the other.

Make a pro's and con's list.

I don't honestly know any way to help with either of those things.

I wish I did.
Maybe health eating for the overeating.

You are seeing a nutrientist this week ask her about that.

my doctor knows so much about drugs. he said that it takes time for the vraylar to get into your system. this morning I took one and aplenzin and feel okay now. again I almost stumbled two times. i really have to throw out cans of food on my kitchen floor.
now I started following a stock which I am so tempted to buy.
pudge seems fine but just wants to stay on one of her two chairs.
I hope things won't be bad ffor you! That has to be so awful.
fondly
bobby and take good care of yourself!
i just asked my caseworker if she knew about free medical alerts. she will check.

hi bobby,
why are you switching IRA'S?
I just started another account

for self employed people, a

SEP. I still have my ROTH it is

called a 2030 because that is when
I plan to retire.
We inherited monies when jeffs mom died.

so jeff is handling those funds. HIs dad

was a ELlilly employee, a photographer.
, so he has a lot stock in the pharmaceutical

company LIllys.
It is a complicated world that we live in.

that is so great. You too are really set.
I have a 403b from the library where I programmed but if I want to take money out besides the yearly distribution which I am forced to I have to take it all out. I want to switch to one that I can take money out when I need to. These are scary times. It is upsetting me. I had switched to more like a money market before.
a few months ago I had switched from the stock part. I could do that with the fund.. I guess the fed is helping so much that the market is going too high. The one I am going to switch to has 6 percent equities and different bond or note funds.. It is a conglomerate of funds.
I am now getting all these ads on this site and I wonder if they are paid for them or is it chrome.
I think Pudge is mad at me. She won't sleep on the bed.
she wants the computer chair and I move her to another chair.. I think that is why she is upset with me. Thank God she is eating now and drinking.
love
bobby

i have gotten four ads since I typed this,

I think it would help to focus on the less fortunate than to focus on one's problems unless you feel you are in crisis. It might help big time with depression unless it backfires.
