i just bought glucomannan and it might work. It also supposed to make you feel full.

I did just now look up your link.
That sounds promising.
I tonight bought some fiber gummies and some fiber pills.
why must this be so hard to balance. Do I really have to take 4 different meds to have a bowel movement?????
