bobby I am sorry for the delay in responding to you.
My mother fell in the bathroom on some fluid on the floor. she crushed her vertebrae L5 I think and then has stenosis of the L4 and 5.She has a brace to wear when she feels like she needs it.Yes she can walk.She even went shopping a bit for some groceries, she is using a cane. so she is doing really well. She was on a walker for a bit. her bedroom is up stairs and she is able to walk up the stairs and get into her own bed. she had a hospital bed for a while. But I think she is doing better each day.Trying to be back with the family again, is how the PT told her to do. anyway thanks for asking. love bizi

I hope I'm not intruding but I wanted to say that's just terrible bizi. Send Alffe all the best from me please. You must have been so worried.
Did this happen back in January? I remember you were very concerned about your mum around that time. They must be missing their trips away. She always used to tell me about Broadway and the High Line etc.. Saying "hi" to you and Donna and Bobby. I miss seeing many of you around and hope that BF is alright, and Mari and so many others.

I took a shower this morning and washed my hair.
Did other self care things including using moisturizer on my face, the dry areas and eye cream and acne lotion to the oily areas. I have a mammogram and bone density test for tomorrow morning to be there by 10am.It is close by So I am not sweating it. my breast hurt just thinking about it. will have a quick bite to eat then out of town for a new client. We are masking up here that is some of us are following guild lines others are not. one of my friends got covid, he was not vaccinated. I have tried to reach out to him to see how he was doing. he has not responded to my text or my phone call. he was waiting for the infusion to help get rid of the virus. anyways just a quick update. bizi
