went to panera for dinner used a christmas gift card.
hubby had a grain bowl that he did not like because it had so much rice. He also had the brocolli and cheese soup with bread. I had a chicken green goddess salad with avocado and an egg. spring mix greens, bacon. I ordered the large one because I was hungry. Ate the whole thing. It was delicious. I tried the apple that I subbed for bread and it was mushy. yuck so I did not eat that. When I am dieting....I am always thinking of my next meal. Tomorrow will be BELT bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato on rye bread not toasted with extra mayo on both sides of the bread and a side of steamed brocolli. (instead of potatoes.) I love to eat!!!!!!!!! bizi

Well the scale doesn't lie, down almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
beer bloat I know but still fun to see the numbers drop. so that is also Alcohol free x2 weeks. bizi

I am going to a dinner party tonight.
so will be hard to be social and not drinking. I have social anxiety issues and may take .5mg of klonipin for anxiety. Have enough to do that and I am allowed to take .5mg in the morning. there will be 6 of us, maybe we will eat out side???? Am wearing long underwear and wool socks but it feels like 60 outside. Need to go put another load in the dryer. I have been procrastinating doing work for my business again. It is not any fun but needs to get done. bizi

WEll the pharmacy called to schedule my covid vaccine for tomorrow morning,
I might go in a bit early as I have a 10:30 am appointment. my vaccine time is 9:50 am, I know I will have to stick around for 15 minutes to make sure I don't have a reaction.....I hope I don't get a reaction. bizi

thanks bobby, weighed 194.6 this morning.
alcohol really put the weight on me fast. I only eat 2 x a day and tried not to snack....I did cheat with some fresh mango slices last night that jeff had sliced up for me. that is really a high calorie fruit but I only had a med amount. need to get going running late as usual. love you bizi
