weight was 193.8 this morning down from 202 January 3rd..
That is 8 pounds in 2 weeks. AF for 12 days. I will take it. Intemittant fasting, no snacking after dinner, 2 meals a day like usual. no alcohol, lower carbs. It is working for me. bizi.

Good luck for something working ladies. Its really odd how this
stuff works right. I know lately all I have to seem to do is eat some lettuce and it helps. But that is just me. Donna

We went out for crawfish tonight for dinner. over ate, and drank. but am happy. i can't be good all of the time. bizi
