2.3 miles at the tred mill tonight,
did not want to wait on the hydro bed. Some one else was using it.my back is a bit sore.next time I will wait. I hurried home to watch the x-files, but jeff did not want to watch tonight. Had stuffed green peppers tonight for dinner. Perfect amount not too full, nor am I hungry hours later. AF since 1-4-21 +46 what a great day! bizi

When ever I diet I start posting numbers and
I should not weigh daily but it is an incentive 'for me to weigh and see the scale go down by 2 points.I gained 20 pounds in 5 months. yikes thank you for your support bobby. ((((((HUGS)))))) love bizi

i still haven't lost weight. sometimes it goes up and I get terrified and depressed but then it seems as if it is all water weight. I just ordered some chocolate. that is no way to diet.

I have been on this computer since 6pm.
got home around 5:30 hubby had said he was going to have dinner with mike and paul. of course I said go have fun. and at 9 I texted him asking if he would want to watch the x-files He said that they just got done eating. I asked him if he needed me to come pick him up. he said no. since it is friday night, I decided that I was not going to do any paperwork that I was just going to be on line till jeff came home. it is 930pm now and he has been gone since 5;30 For dinner I ate left over pork medallions with spicy tomatoes on top it was very good. I was still hungry so I had some tea and then ate a Dark chocolate lindt truffle, hubby picked me up a new bag of them. They are so delicious had a piece of cheese and then a baby orange.finally satisfied. So I have been on line for almost 4 hours. This is my hobby. I am dieting and trying to eat healthier, was going to the gym to walk on the tred mill but will go tomorrow. I am not drinking any alcohol. my back is bothering me, maybe it is the 1970's office chair? man 2 hot flashes an hour apart. sweater off, then get cold and put it back on. Anyway, I should get off line my eyes are tired. got up after the alarm, was tired and needed coffee but did not have time to make it. Maybe I will go get ready for bed. It doesn't look like we will be watching x-files. so long, bizi

Yesterday:
Got a mini pedicure Walked on the tred mill 3.1 miles, a 5 K. yay! Jeff cooked dinner cooked ribeye steaks out on the grill. He had to line the bottom of the grill with aluminum foil to catch the ashes.We really need a new grill. and he made a meditaranian salad that we have not had in years. cucumbers delicious tomatoes, feta cheese sour cream and dill. It was a delicious dinner. I cleaned up, unloaded the dish washer. We watched the x-files 2 episodes!!!! great evening. I have been constipated. today had a small amount but took a whole bottle of mag citrate to hopefully get rid of things. sorry if TMI! wish me luck. bizi
