I did just now look up your link. That sounds promising. I tonight bought some fiber gummies and some fiber pills. why must this be so hard to balance. Do I really have to take 4 different meds to have a bowel movement????? sorry it is just so frustrating. let me know how it goes for you.... love, bizi did you ever try linest or something like the spelling?
