did you talk about your rage with the therapist?
Maybe make a list of things that you need help with and go over it with her.

She might be able to help you with that.
let me know how the oatmeal goes for you.
steel cut oats are very good for you.
I had a large bm that really hurt to pass.
But Going how ever it takes I will.
But I don't like myralax I tried it for 10 days and felt it did not really help me.
I am afraid I have a lazy colon.
I take 2 senna cots,2 colace, and some fiber gummies that have 5mg of fiber...we are supposed to have 20 grams a day.
wonder how much fiber is in your new oatmeal has it come yet?
I used to eat this uncle sams cereal. they were like sticks and very high in fiber.Maybe I need to start eating breakfast in the morning to get more fiber in my diet. cereal and milk are not on my diet. foods that are high in fiber are grains and fruit. I limit my intake and don't eat breads or pasta or potatoes, or rice for that matter.
high carbs food have lots of fiber, I need to change my diet.

i am going to try to eat more vegetables. i just bought zucchini and vegetables.
yesterday was one of my worse depressions. i think the therapist said i could call her monday wednesday or friday if i need her. if it had been monday i would have called her.
my friend zeynep called in the morning to see if i was watching the funeral. she always talks about how she had sultans in her family..
i finally called linda in the afternoon. she is having a double mastectomy. this is her third time with breast cancer. i don't hear depression with her but lately she is taking more naps in the afternoon. she is so bright and has done so much and knows so much. she was extremely happy with her marriage of 32 years but was blindsided when her husband asked for a divorce to marry a younger woman.. that was 20 years ago.
i have a very strong connection with linda. we have known each other for 75 years. she had a very happy childhood.

i will definitely tell her about my rage. stella even has the belief that the holocaust was because of karma.
i haven't tried oatmeal yet. i only eat rice when i get chinese food and don't have pasta and occasionally have potatoes. how many vegetables do you have? how much fruit do you have? how much water do you drink?
Have you tried magnesium citrate liquid yet?

I am weird in that I like only two vegetables. So I try to watch how many
vegetables I eat. I like corn and peas. Which aren't good for diets.

But they are good it seems for me to have bm's . But I do watch how
much I eat them. I eat bran flakes as much as I can, because its good
for me and my problems with that area. And it really helps me.

My other things are I only eat potatoes when I go out to eat anymore,
or mashed potatoes when I'm in the mood at home. I like the instant
ones.

today for brunch I had an egg scrambler.with grilled mushrooms, onions, peppers,breakfast sausage, cheese and a side of broccolli. I am full, also had 2 baby bloody marys. There is hardly any alcohol in them, they come with an egg and pickled okra. One of these days I will stop drinking.....

i am worried out of my mind and so depressed. pudge has her second wetting the bed. if she does it the third time i have to ask robert to take. her to the vet's. she had a recent blood test and her kidneys were fine. joyce thinks she has a urinary infection.
i can't take stress and i always worry the worst. i can't help it.

Maybe if you are worrying that much. You should call or
talk to Robert and see when he could take her. And then
talk to the vet. And see if its okay if he just goes ahead and
brings her for your peace of mind. Just explain that you are
worried and its better for you.

I am so sorry that you worry so much. I know that you have an anxiety disorder, sorry for you.
I wish you could write it all down and let go of your worries.

This might be an odd question but how often do you change the kitty litter?We scoop the clumps out of ours every day and have 2 boxes for 3 cats.some times one of them might not make it to the kitty box and we will find pee right nest to the box.That has happened only 2 times since we have had all 3 cats. (Hasel, harper and halley). They kick litter out of the box which makes a mess. oh well the joys of having pets.
