The mask protects both the people you are in contact with maintaining a 6 foot distance.People are crazy. the shot will prevent you from dieing from the virus if you get it. small percent of people who have been vaccinated will get the virus but it is a small percentage. people may be carriers and not have symptoms. I think they are called super spreaders.
It is important that every one get vaccinated, more than likely it will be a yearly Booster.

i called ebay to try to get my money back. they said they had a two month limit. after wasting time with a couple of phones i called paypal and within 5 minutes i am getting a refund.

I returned a tracfone with no problem and didn't even pay shipping. I had bought pretty panties and I liked them so much that i ordered more. Then kept on changing the shipping date. Finally even though I wanted the panties I tried to cancel the order from ebay. The second order was made jan 12 and ebay said it was past the time they could do anything b8ut they are filing a complaint. I saw that Paypal said you could dispute up to 180 days.
the service was amazing.
I have been very conflicted about a doctor's office.. I think I am not going to be able to walk the distance from when I get out of the cab. I have been obsessing so much on it and feeling a lot of self pity because I have been focusing so much on my trouble walking. I am going to call on Monday and see what they say and see if they can recommend the other cardiologist I am seeing and whose offce is right off the street.

depression comes with the territory of bipolar 2. it is chemical. she definitely can help me with the non bipolar 2 depression. she already has helped me in some of conflicts. it is truly amazing. she is so special. she had me write a list of things i was proud of. it was such a struggle and painful. i need to feel humble and i detest arrogance. bipolar2 has helped me not to be arrogant.
then she said that i can thank God for giving me my achievements and then be able to accept them. that was so brilliant.

I do in office visits with my therapist whom I need to call and make an appointment to see her.

I think I was thinking about google meet or something like that.

Its what Derrick uses for his Behavior therapist sometimes. And then
sometimes they just talk on the phone. Now of course they have also
met in person too. This was when she wasn't allowed to come in
person. In her case she wanted to be able to see his reactions at times
to see if she thought he was okay. Or to depressed or something else.

She is really through and things. I have to tell you something really funny.
Last week when he was telling her his new diet is keto, she called her husband
the chef into the room to tell him were he could find keto friendly flour.
In the stores.
And told him not to buy eggs she would bring him two dozen every two weeks.

yesterday as nightmarish. i went to the doctor's with marci. i really needed her because of trouble walking. after sitting for an hour my back and bottom hurt. then i had to rest for 15 minutes. the stool i bought was too little. we had to wait for a cab for 15 minutes and i felt like i was going to collapse. marci went to the other side of park ave to try to try to get a cab. after 5 minute i became terrified of being alone and kept on calling for her to come back. she only came back when she got a cab.
tomorrow i might have to go alone for another dr's appt. i am scared about that because of the walker and feeling so vulnerable and helpless.

Call the doctor's office and see if someone can go down and wait for the
cab after your appointment with you. Maybe they can help you figure out
at least the waiting after with you. Because hopefully the going in
will be straight into the building.

marci is coming as usual today. my caseworker is getting somebody to go with tomorrow.
my anxiety is through the roof. robert took pudge today to be groomed. she hid under the bed.when robert took her to the vet's he left her in the carrier for an extra 40 minutes. she was in the carrier for over 1 1/2hours when she came back she hid under the bed. this time when she saw the carrier once again she remembered and i had to call the porter to catch her.she had gone under the bed.
