Derrick has a 2nd interview tomorrow. Don't know what time but
he should do well. I have been busy today. Just really keep busy.

My sister Karla has covid. Not sure how she got it. But hopefully
she will get better soon.

Derrick got the job. He has orientation next Tuesday.

Not sure exactly what he is starting out as. I think its
assistant host, and busser. And then when he learns
the tables and things he will move to learn what they
call a runner. Which is taking food to the tables.

I find it so interesting. Derrick doesn't drive and has not to many friends that could come and help. But today at 4:30 when his provider would have
to call around to find someone in her agency that could come were he and she are. Because its after their closing time I'm sure. She has a not starting car.

And there is no one to help her. That she can find. He is resourceful and
calls me. Wanting to know how late his dad is in town. And if he has jumper cables in his vehicle. Well of course I know he is still at work. And I know for a fact if he doesn't have the cables in his vehicle, he will find some before he comes. But I couldn't reach him. Its his time to get out of factory.

And I call Derrick back, he says dad just called and he'll be here in 10 or 15 minutes. So its like I figured. My husband will help them. He wouldn't leave
his son at the payless(grocery) trying to find a way home with his provider.

But not a lot of the people she works with could have called their parents to get this help. They aren't this with it.

Yes, it did. And I think it made my husband feel needed too. He goes and they mow together. But he takes the two mowers.
And he does some other things around the house. But he doesn't feel he does much. So when he gets asked to do things like
this I think he really feels he is helping. In a way he can. He texted me a little after 5:00, its all fixed. With a happy sound.

I was glad he did. I forgot to tell every one my other sister Dee has her surgery for her knee scheduled for Oct. 5th. So someone
listened to her. I'm so happy. I plan to go wait in the waiting room like last time. Its one thing I can do.

Also I have been super busy. So I'm happy

that is so sweet about your husband. I am so sure your sister's surgery will go well.
