have you tried just magnesium citrate liquid. i think all the straining is bad for you and i am not sure if it causes hemoroids (sp)

yesterday was so awful. marci was so bossy. robert came over to help clean the computer. later he was playing music. marci kept on saying come over and i said no my foot hurts.she knew i was angry and depressed and didn't feel well when she came.
then i told her to hold danny because my allergy was kicking up and she wouldn't. then robert said i needed the exercise. again i said no my foot really hurts. then marci started trying to boss some more. later i talked to aaron who won medals in running. I described my injury and he said it needs rest and not exercise. marci isn't going to apologize. love very upset bobby who also hates to be bossed |

i just called my caseworker and told her what happened and also told her to cancel the meals on wheels because my tomach has really been bothering me. i don't know what to eat.

This is just a question. Do you have a way to put your foot up so it is resting on a pillow or something most of the time. Also it might help if you have an heating pad to put on it to help with the pain. Just 20 minutes at a time. Donna

Don't they suggest ice for swelling and better pain control?

i think you are supposed to do that immediately but this happened over two weeks ago it is still black and blue and aaron told me to let the bruise rest. there was hardly any swelling. does it work for a bruised bone?i think it is going to stop hurting in a month or two. it doesn't feel any better but nothing feels broken. it hurts even if i don't use it. once i had a severe ankle injury. my foot turned over and it was so swollen. the doctor told me to take warm baths and i forgot what i was to put in the bath.
