The recommended things are RICE, which is Rest, Ice, Compression, and
elevation. And pain medication. With swelling or bruising if you can
take it Anti flamatories like ibuporfin is recommended. If not tylenol.

Also comfortable shoes that are firm like for the fit. Not flip flops, which
I realize you aren't going to wear.

i had a very good session with my therapist. we talked a lot about how my anger gets exaggerated because i am bipolar. he did validate my reasons for getting angry and said he would feel the same way.

I am glad that he validated your thoughts.


I went in one day to my therapist, verbalizing my concerns of being a racist. I explained my reasons, feeling free that I was admitting this to her. She came back with the feelings that I was feeling as her own. So she validated me.
I am not a racist!

Bobby I’m so glad your therapist validated you so it was a normal reaction to an event, love bizi

it was a few events but the reaction was exaggerated because of my bipolar. it took a long time to get over the anger for the most part.

perhaps you could create a "tool box" to keep at hand some of the things that worked for you to get over the anger.
perhaps if you identify them you can regain control of your anger more quickly?

no. some of these things have bothered me most of my life. i have really been stressed out big time. my foot is still really hurting. my eating is out of control. i don't feel like talking to anybody. i wonder if aaron is going to call. last week was my rabbi's last time. i speak to a new one on monday. i miss the doorman..i can't handle stress. you are very luck that you don't suffer from depression and anxiety. it is all too much.
