just got off the phone with my young therapist. i will try to think of all my accomplishment and try to forgive myself for my mistakes. she said a lot of people don't feel self compassion.

That would be true Bobby. We are brought up in a lot of ways
not to think of ourselves for compassion and things. To be
negative to ourselves and to try and give others the good feelings
and to be nice to them not ourselves.

it is really sad isn't it. then there are other people who just think of themselves. i think it also may be part of our nature. some people are just born kind.

i have been just so angry and i can't get it out of my system. i sent marci to the bank for some money which should have taken no more twenty minutes and she came back in an hour. she did some of her own shopping. she didn't wash the bathroom floor, the kitchen floor or vacuumed the rugs. she is very honest. i told her i almost called her agency in case something happened to her.that upset her. she said she should have called me.
