thank you so much. today i started getting depressed but chose a book i like so the depression went away. i should go downstairs to pick up some packages but i am just isolating. i don't understand it. i have also been beating myself up because i should start riding the bike and i can't make myself do it. i know it would help my leg. i was tempted to buy another pie and ice cream but resisted.

it does make sense. i am so sad about losing her. early this morning i was in so much psychic pain and i felt so frightened and helpless. i dreamt about a dead friend. i watched the rachel maddow late this morning and she talked about the perverted new york politicians who were forced out of office. power and sex seemed to go together. if only we could have women in office except i like biden and never liked hillary or our vice president. that added to my pain.

posted on facebook and one of my posts was deleted. i called tucker carlson a mass murderer for his antivaccine stance. he has been vaccinated. he had to when he went to hungary although i am sure he was one of the first to be vaccinated. had a lightful long conversation with linda. didn't know she knew the kennedys. her father was a top labor lawyer and they sought his advice.
after getting rid of so much anger i feel much better.

i like him too. i have to wait two weeks to see him. i am upset about that. now i no longer speak to brittany or that Rabbi.
dorot will give another rabbi and intern therapist in the fall. I also didn't hear from Aaron but his family is visiting so I think i will hear from him when he has time. he is a volunteer from dorot. this summer i still have two classes a week with a rabbi i really like and lectures on psalms once a week from a rabbi who i have never had before and who i really like.
i was depressed most of the night but this morning aby came and played with me and before pudge slept next to me a little.
the falls and the pandemic have made things so much worse. i started taking propolis for my ibs and i think it is helping my stomach aches.
going to try to start reading shortly and hopefully that may take away my depression and anxiety.
