my friend Linda ad her surgery yesterday. Her doctor asked her about what kind of scare she wanted and she said he could embroidery his name if he wanted.
she relieves so heavily on humor. I spoke with a Rabbi this morning and asked her to pray for Linda. Yesterday I asked another Rabbi who I take classes with to pray for her. fondly bobby |

i so want to go to ebay. i had a stomach ache all night. rats. i might meet a friend tomorrow outside. we would go a block from my apartment. he is a nice caring person. i would take my walker.

Sorry about your stomach ache, what did you eat yesterday? maybe it was something that you ate. I think it had to do with my constipation and IBS-c.. I ate oatmeal again and I think it makes matters worse. I had baba ganoush.(sp)
I went to ebay yesterday but didn't buy anything. love bobby i am so stressed. i don't know if I can walk down the block. on tuesday i go to the dentist and I havent gone since pandemic where I would go every three months for cleaning.. it doesn't hurt to eat but it is sometimes sensitive to air. i am just so anxious and I still have a stomach ache. They recommend 20-25 grams of fiber a day.
So I don't see how taking 10 mg of fiber would stop me up. I hope you get out with your friends help. It will be good to talk to some one else and do something away from your home. Was he to come to your apartment or were you going to just meet him there? I hope you have a good visit! love, bizi

I drink 4 or 5 bottles of water a day luckily my husband buys me a case
or two a week. Its one of my luxurious I give myself. I also try to eat bran every day. Its something that helps me go the way I need to. I also take fiber pills most days, at least 4 days a week. It helps me stay regular. Donna

i have to drink more water. I have tried bran beside oatmeal but think in my situation,they make it worse. only magnesium citrate liquid helps.
